Sydney Sixers recruit Alice Capsey is set to face her former club Melbourne Stars at Junction Oval on Friday, November 6, in a Women's Big Bash League fixture. Tickets for the match are available through the Sydney Sixers website.

Capsey, an England international, spoke to media on Wednesday ahead of the game, which brings her up against the side she represented before a stint with the Melbourne Renegades. The all-rounder has played 46 WBBL matches in total and signed a one-year deal with the Sixers for the WBBL|12 season.

The match forms part of a busy week for the Sixers. NSW One-Day Captain and Sixers BBL batter Lachlan Shaw spoke to reporters on Thursday morning after his selection in the Australian T20 International Series Squad to face England.

Both interviews were distributed as video news releases by Cricket NSW, issued by the governing body's Team Communications and PR Manager, Mali Davis.

The Sixers have also flagged the return of their WBBL Summer Session, a community round fixture against Sydney Thunder at North Sydney Oval, starting at 1:40pm. Details of that match, including ticketing, are also available through the Sixers website.

Capsey's clash with the Stars is scheduled for Friday, November 6, at Junction Oval.
