Sydney Sixers recruit and England international Alice Capsey will front media at Cricket Central in Silverwater today, Wednesday 4 November 2026, at 1.10pm AEDT, three days after scoring a half-century against the Hobart Hurricanes.

The press conference will be held outside reception at the Cricket NSW headquarters, 161 Silverwater Rd, with free on-site parking available for attending media. A video news release will be captured and shared afterwards.

Capsey, a wicketkeeping option for the Sixers, signed a one-year deal with the club for WBBL|12 in September, after Alyssa Healy's retirement left a gap in the batting order.

Sixers general manager Rachael Haynes said at the time of the signing that Capsey's strength with the bat and her experience made her an ideal fit for the club.

Capsey previously spent two seasons with the Melbourne Renegades before the move to Sydney. She joins fellow England international Sophia Dunkley at the Sixers under new WBBL head coach Peter Clarke.

Media wanting to attend Wednesday's availability must RSVP to Mali Davis, Cricket NSW's team communications and PR manager, who issued the alert on behalf of the Sixers.

Tickets for WBBL and BBL matches are on sale now through the Sydney Sixers website.
