The Kangaroos pointed to a breakthrough win over Doveton and a final-round victory over Narre South Saints as the highlights of the season. The win over Narre South came in round 18, with Moorabbin Kangaroos winning 5.14 (44) to 5.11 (41).
Ben Marron was named the club's Best and Fairest for 2026. He averaged 22.8 disposals, eight inside 50s and 10 tackles across the season.
Matthew Johansson finished as leading goalkicker with 39 goals, averaging 11.8 disposals, 2.5 goals and 6.5 score involvements a game.
Tom Marron was prominent through the midfield and off half-back, averaging 36.5 disposals, 13.5 rebound 50s and five score involvements a game. Daniel Otto also featured heavily in the club's statistics, averaging 29 disposals, 6.3 score involvements, 5.7 intercept possessions and five tackles a game.
With Ferguson and Riddock both committed beyond this season, the Kangaroos will enter pre-season training for 2027 with their coaching structure settled.
